Review of Plans & Documentation

Once we receive all relevant plans and documentation, we will thoroughly review them to understand the scope of your project.

A site visit may be required to provide an accurate cost estimate. This ensures that we can assess your site and offer a detailed and precise quote for your project.

Estimating

At R.E.B Homes, we offer a complimentary cost estimating service to help you determine if we can work together to bring your project to life within your budget.

During this phase, we’ll also discuss approximate timelines and our availability to ensure we’re aligned with your expectations.

Quoting

If the estimate falls within your budget and you wish to proceed, a detailed quote will be provided. This will include fixed prices from our trusted trades and suppliers, allowing us to provide an accurate and transparent cost for your project.

Contract

If the project proposal is accepted, we will proceed with drafting a formal Building Contract.

Additionally, we will obtain the required Home Owners Warranty Insurance and any necessary building permits (if applicable) to ensure everything is in place for a smooth start to your project.

Construction

Once all necessary approvals and stamped plans are in place, our team will begin construction on your project.
